The Ad 2 Student Advertising Summit (SAS) is an annual event that has occurred for over 21 years. New this year, it is expanding to 2 days! This event attracts 225-300 attendees from the Midwest. These are college students and recent graduates eager to learn more about the advertsing industry, as well as industry experts who are passionate about sharing their own experiences and advise with young professionals.

This event is organized and planned by professional and student volunteers. It is intended to prepare students for careers in advertising, marketing, PR, communications, and related fields. SAS allows students to have the opportunity to connect with professionals to get their questions answered, gain insight into the industry, listen to keynote speakers, learn about internships, and fine-tune resumes and portfolios.

The newest addition to the Summit is the SAS Kick-Off, which will happen Thursday evening on January 31st. The Kick-Off will be a time for SAS ticket holders to connect with local agencies in an authentic way before the day-long happenings on Friday. Along with freeform networking time, there will also be resume critiques and headshots.

At 2:30 pm, attendees will be lead on an agency tour of their choice to see one of many unique offices in town.
