Michael Fanuele, Chief Creative Officer at General Mills, made a big career leap in 2014. He went from leading and driving strategy at some of the top agencies in the world to a corporate office. Specifically he went from Chief Strategy Officer, to Chief Creative Officer, an entirely new position at General Mills. In this new role, he oversees brand design, marketing best practices and external agency management.
