Mentorships offer a unique path to self-discovery; whether you're the teacher or the student. But let's face it, this isn't Hollywood. Fortunately, as an Ad Fed member the force is with you. The Mentorship Program is an opportunity to meet professionals who are knowledgeable, experienced, enthusiastic and committed to supporting the professional development of mentees. We call it turning hindsight into foresight.
The Ad Fed Mentorship Program is designed to allow members to interact with mentors by meeting them in an informal group setting called a Mentorship Circle Group. These are held four times a year and offer introductions and group discussions based on areas of interest.
