HatlingFlint, a St. Cloud-based Full Service Advertising Agency, seeks an experienced Communication Marketing/Account Manager.

This person is a full-time lead on all account work, setting the overall direction, budget allocation, and strategy for client brands. This person will also play a key role in business development, including organic client growth and new business. This individual will be a thought leader in the arena of marketing communications and must have a solid understanding of traditional communications solutions as well as a passion for learning the latest trends in marketing. This person will be a motivated leader with exceptional communication skills, have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading (including writing of articulate and well-conceived) communications plans
  • Defining and managing client brands
  • Defining and managing budgets
  • Maintaining solid, client/agency relationships
  • New business development
  • Proposal and presentation development and execution
  • Ability to manage the dynamics of working with multiple team members, including project managers, creatives and clients
