Top Notch Freelance Producers Needed! What we need: We are seeking highly-motivated contract producers to help our clients manage and drive interactive projects to include full-cycle web site development, online media and social campaigns, online sweepstakes production deployments and more! The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and be able to work within a team or with a vendor to provide a solution and solve problems! Responsibilities -Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle including planning, design, development, deployment, and closure while ensuring the projects are delivered on time, on budget and with a quality that meets or exceeds client expectations. - Develop and maintain detailed scopes of work, estimates, project schedules, change orders, communication plans, while making sure the project follows the proper planning and execution as outlined in the project management methodology. Manage the day to day tasks of the assigned team including but not limited to client services, -user experience specialists, designers, and developers. -Ensure that project communication, both internally and to clients, is strong throughout the duration of the project. Prepare ongoing status reports to keep project stakeholders informed. -Proactively identify issues and risks, prepare mitigation plans, and present options to project stakeholders. - Support creative/development teams in managing smooth and efficient projects workflow through scheduling and quality-assurance procedures. - Offer creativity, a sense of humor, and encouragement of team spirit - Display a high level of consistent commitment and professionalism Requirements • 2-5 years of experience as a Web Producer / Project Manager. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in a related field. • Working knowledge of all aspects of web development. • Strong knowledge of and experience with software development methodologies and project management best practices • Experience with interactive projects (web development, email campaigns, online media campaigns) is required.
