The Associate Brand Manager will support the Strategic Business Manager and Packaging brands in the following areas: Management, planning, and execution of both short and long-term business and marketing initiatives for the domestic and global business. This includes all aspects of brand management, business analysis and marketing programs that support strategic business objectives. Accountabilities: · Contributing to the achievement of revenue and profit targets. · Assisting in developing the business plan, aiding in designing the marketing plan and executing its programs, leading new product development efforts and analyzing and reporting on marketplace trends and the state of the business. · Partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, R&D, market research and other functions necessary to accomplish strategic goals. · Preparing and presenting business forecasts, maintaining the business budget and actively participating in development of advertising, promotions, and other initiatives to drive business results. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field. MBA is desirable (with marketing specialization). 2 to 5 years of progressive Product/Brand Management experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods. Experience in new product development with demonstrated ability to produce innovative and successful new product launches. This position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.
