The Senior Account Manager role requires a creative business thinker who can skillfully research, plan and execute strategic marketing and advertising solutions; an individual who has a passion for the marketing industry and a strong desire for personal and professional growth; and an outstanding communicator, capable of presenting and selling innovative ideas and marketing plans. This position will report directly to the Director, Account Services. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills, experience, education and abilities: • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing • 5 – 7 years Account Management experience within integrated marketing communications agencies; experience in a B2B firm is required • General advertising experience with oversight for fully integrated programs including websites, videos, print brochures, and digital marketing communications • Proven experience in branding, brand management and positioning • Track record of staying within a client budget and delivering quality integrated work on time • Experience owning and driving all aspects of a detailed project from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proven ability to anticipate and problem-solve throughout project development to ensure customer satisfaction. • Ability to work with internal staff (Art & Creative Directors, Media Buyers, etc.) to ensure project goals are met and kept on task and consistent with clients. • Experience in environmentally focused or “green” accounts in the environmental services or green industries is highly desirable • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
