ThomasArts is looking for an individual to work as an on-site contractor for a client to oversee lead management program, with oversight of conversion and telesales - including administration of business rules and reporting. You will also be accountable for managing the flow of project work from business teams to creative and production areas to vendors, while providing branding oversight and strategic insight for the programs. Responsibilities: Assist in brand development and style * Provide direction to creative team from creative concept through release to production * Build and manage project schedules * Obtain creative estimates and statements of work (SOW’s) from vendors and secure approval * Review creative invoices for accuracy * Create and maintain project files * Track and monitor progress of projects and facilitate status meetings * Manage an internal routing approval process * Monitor lead management program. Requirements: Degree in relevant course of study * Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in related position * Health care experience beneficial but not required * Job is offered as a 20 hour a week position through June and developing into a full time position in July * Set up as one-year contract with opportunity for renewal * Send resume and letter of interest to todd.racek@thomasarts.com.
