Comcast Spotlight Twin Cities is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Research Coordinator to join our unique, determined, and passionate workforce. This position will be based out of our Minnetonka Minnesota sales office. . Primary Purpose - Provide research support to Spotlight Twin Cities sales team in an effort to achieve established sales and marketing objectives. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing and supplying research information to customers, account executives and managers for presentations and sales promotions. • Prepare periodic advertising sales research reports and one-sheet descriptions of network programming for the Spotlight Twin Cities Market • Assists in presentation preparation, for sales meetings and client visits• Performs other functions as assigned by Research Manager. Minimum Requirements/ Experience: • Minimum of 1 year related work experience • High level of proficiency with Excel spreadsheet operations and PowerPoint • Exposure to presentation or desktop publishing software a plus • Strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail • Excellent Interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality • Ability to communicate with clients, sales and management personnel • Ability to work overtime, as needed •Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. Education: • High school diploma or recognized equivalent in self-study and work experience Preferred Skills/Qualifications: • Previous cable, broadcast (or other media) research experience • Knowledge of Nielsen ratings and/or census data.
