Description

This position will traffic video content through all phases of acquisition and approvals to appropriate in-store and online channels. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

Tracking production, approvals, legal, rights clearances, deadlines and placement of media.

Maintaining database with current status of projects.

Acquiring content to spec.

Staying in contact with team members on scheduling, formatting and distribution of content.

Managing assets, filing and archiving related documents.

 

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in traffic management is preferred. Candidate must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline driven environment. Knowledge of database management, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Docs preferred. Customer service experience is a plus.
