Account Supervisor

 
The Account Supervisor will be someone with a background in digital, print, broadcast and other mediums that comes from an agency environment
 
This can either be an existing account supervisor, or a seasoned senior account manager or AE looking to move to the next step in their career.
 
Qualified candidates will meet all of the following criteria/prerequisites:
  
  • Proven leadership qualities
  • Leads production process - responsible for timely and consistently high quality execution
  • Brand and category expert
  • Manages projects with little to no supervision
  • Manages monthly finances for the account and all projects
  • Anticipates and responds to issues, challenges or problems with proactive solutions
  • Develops and delivers effective and persuasive points of view, recommendations on business issues and insights on client brands
  • Contributes to the monitoring and measurement of program performance
  • Contributes to new business efforts as needed
  • Solid team builder
  • Is the key point-person on important projects
  • A leader and an executor - responsible for directing traffic throughout the agency, mentoring account managers and AE’s,  and growing each individual on their team
  • Assists in ensuring agency resources are effectively and profitably leveraged
  • Effectively manages internal and external relationships - is main point of contact for multiple internal partners and mid-level clients
  • Builds confidence among team members by motivating and pushing the team to produce their best work every day
  • Makes a contribution to the agency’s positive and happy culture
  • Is able to identify good solid creative work and is able to provide some direction on how creative team puts concepts together
  • Contributes to the strategic development and achieving buy-in from clients and agency counterparts
  • Leads execution and production of work
  • Thinks independently, but effectively works collaboratively to arrive at shared agency point of view
  • Displays an understanding of strategic thinking and the link to the best creative ideas
  • Compiles and presents consumer insights briefs
  • Must be able to work and collaborate with all areas and levels of the agency in every department
Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a closely-related field in the communications industry
