Get your continued learn-on through a highly educational speech from Nona Mason, Director in Master of Business Communication at the University of St. Thomas. She'll fill in the blanks of how a master's degree can relate to young professionals, especially in the creative field, and how it can help achieve a faster trip to the top.

You'll also hear from a few industry pros who have applied their degree to the real world. Don't be tardy.
